TEAM MANAGER – INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM

Visit our website at www.mrfutsal.org.au

Click on Registration tab

If you are a returning member (ie: you have registered with us before) click “returning member” tab

If you are a new member click “new member” tab

Enter your details – if you are returning member, these details must match the details we have in our archives or the system will not recognise you as a returning member and you will have to complete a new registration.  You MUST select the option to register yourself (NOT your child) as an official volunteer first (for non playing team managers and coaches), then click the red “next step” bar at the bottom of the page.

Under the heading:

TEAM REGISTRATION – click on the “Register a New Team” tab (even if you are a returning team)

REGISTER NEW TEAM – Enter team name and division (refer to age group guidelines) and then select your position from the drop down menu of either team manager or coach.  It is important to select the correct division as members with birthdates outside the division will not be able to register to your team.  Please see the table on page 2 for divisions.

The message “Thank you for registering” will appear and you will shortly receive an email with your unique team code.  In this email there is a link to “add someone to the team” or “invite people to join”

If you click “invite people to join” you can then add the player’s name and contact email into the boxes.  You can add extra invites by clicking the little tab at the bottom saying invite someone else and then keep adding as many invites as you like.  It is important you add the PLAYER’S NAME not the parent name.  This will then send the player a link to register/renew their membership and automatically add them to your team once they complete the process.

Alternatively take note of your unique team code and pass it on to anyone you would like to join your team at a later date.  When that player renews/registers their membership, there is a box towards the bottom of the personal details page for them to enter the unique team code so they are automatically added to the team.

If you have any problems with this process please Amanda Ruzicska at mrfutsalcompetitioncoordinator@gmail.com  and she will get back to you as soon as possible.
